We at Best Baby Shower want you to be 100% delighted with your purchases and we pride ourselves in the quality of our products. We also strive for excellent and open communication at all times and, therefore, are always happy to answer any queries from you. We have a dedicated email for any customer service queries and you can expect a reply from us by the end of the working day, if not sooner. Should you wish to discuss anything over the telephone rather than receive a reply by email please include your telephone number in your email query and we will ring you back as soon as possible (saving your phone bill!!). Alternatively please call us on our local rate number. If we are unable to answer your call straight away please do leave us a message with your name and number and we will call you back as soon as we possibly can. We aim to return all calls before the end of the working day. Please note that usually the quickest way to get your query answered is to email us as we may not be able to answer the telephone at all times as we are in the workshop creating gifts and packing orders.
Once you have made your purchase you will receive an email confirmation for your records. You will receive a further email confirmation as soon as your order has been sent. You are also able to track the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.
We use 1st Class Royal Mail for most items, for a low cost fixed price of £3.95 no matter how many items you order, to addresses within mainland UK. Larger items such as larger nappy cakes and bouquets will be sent by courier for the same charge. However, if your order totals more than £55 not including delivery charge then we will not charge you any postage whatsoever for delivery to these areas. For delivery addresses within remote areas of Mainland Scotland and Northern Ireland, Eire and other remote islands and locations within the UK, the cost will usually be the same for royal mail deliveries but for nappy cakes and baby bouquets will carry an excess charge as stated on the product. Royal Mail cannot guarantee the same delivery times for these areas, so please allow for this when expecting your delivery.
If you place your order before 12pm your order will usually be posted within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (excluding weekends and bank holidays). If you order on a Friday this means that the order would not be dispatched until the following Monday at the earliest (or Tuesday following a bank holiday). However, certain items on our site are not held in stock but ordered as required. These items are despatched directly from our suppliers and may take longer to dispatch and we will mark items clearly where this applies. Please NOTE - these are timescales for DESPATCH from our offices not delivery to your address. Royal Mail aim to deliver first class items within 1-2 days but this is not guaranteed and we have no control over Royal Mail delivery times.
Items not held in stock but ordered as by us as required will be dispatched separately from the rest of the order within the timescales indicated on the product description. Orders paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until cleared funds are received into our bank account. 1st Class Royal Mail usually takes between one and two working days, but can take longer so please allow for this when expecting your delivery. Please ensure you order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment. Royal Mail and courier delivery times are on top of our despatch time.
If you require a more urgent delivery we may be able to offer Royal Mail Special Delivery service on some items (mostly decorations and tableware). Always contact us first to find out if what you wish to order is possible for special delivery. This service costs £11.95 for monday - friday deliveries for mainland UK (prices for Northern Ireland, Eire & highlands & islands of scotland & other remote islands may cost more). Please email us on email@example.com or call us first to get confirmation of availability. You cannot choose this option from the checkout as we will need to email you a paypal money request and goods will not be despatched until payment has been received. (Please note - these options are not available on all items specifically not items coming directly from our suppliers or items with longer lead times such as nappy cakes and baby bouquets). If upgrading to courier or special delivery service, payment will be required even if your shopping basket total has exceeded £55. Free delivery for orders over £55 only applies to Standard Delivery. Please note that any upgrade to special delivery service would need to be paid for by 10am for despatch the same day.

Please also note that bespoke items, nappy cakes and baby clothes bouquets are handmade to order by ourselves, which is what makes them so unique, and therefore please allow up to 7 days for dispatch of these items, although we do our best to send out as quick as possible. We hope you understand as we always want you to have the very best quality. If any items are going to take longer than 7 days we will always email you to let you know. Note - this is up to 7 days for DESPATCH plus courier delivery time (couriers work on a 1-2 working day delivery monday-friday)
Should you require an urgent delivery please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us so that we can make your order a priority, if possible. Here at Best Baby Shower we always do our very best to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and dispatched within the above time frame however on very rare occasions, there may be reasons outside of our control that prevent this. Of course on such occasions we will always contact you immediately to let you know and also to offer you an alternative or refund. If we are unable to fulfil your order, for any reason, a refund for all monies paid will be made to the credit/debit card used for the purchase. We always aim to have as many items in stock as possible, however where any items are out of stock we will aim to clearly state this on the website to make your life easier!!

We are so confident that we offer the best value, we offer a price match guarantee* on our products - should you find an identical product cheaper on any internet only UK website we will match that price as long as the item is available to order from the website and not an 'in-store' only item, is not being offered under any sale or discount offer and their delivery cost is not higher than ours. Just email us on email@example.com with the details and we will reply to you ASAP.
Should you wish to cancel your order after purchasing then you should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched you will receive a refund of the full amount for the purchase and delivery charge back on the credit or debit card used for the purchase. If, however, your order has already been dispatched then you may still cancel your order but you will be liable for the delivery charge and any other charges imposed by the courier or postal service or incurred by BestBaby Ltd (trading under BestBabyShower.co.uk), plus you will need to bear the cost of returning the items to us. Once the items have been received back and checked that they are in perfect condition you will receive the refund. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any personalised, edible or bespoke items unless faulty.
We love all our products and only sell the most gorgeous items that we would love to receive ourselves – however, if you change your mind or are unhappy for any reason with the products you have received you should email us within 7 days of delivery giving us your account number/order information. You MUST wait for confirmation from ourselves before attempting to return any items as the return address may be different to the main BestBaby Ltd address. Any items returned to us without contacting us first which then have to be forwarded to a 3rd party supplier will incur a delivery cost which will be deducted from any refund. Delivery charges will not be included in any refund unless specifically agreed by us and cost of return postage of the items will always be the responsibility of the purchaser. Items to be returned should be in the same condition as when they were dispatched and should not have been used and be in a saleable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot consider any requests for refunds/returns after 7 days from date of delivery; for any personalised or bespoke items; any perishable items; or any items that have been used or internal packaging tampered with in any way.
We pride ourselves in our secure packaging but in the unlikely event of goods arriving in a damaged or faulty condition you must advise us by email within two days of delivery.
