Delivery and ReturnsWe use 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for most items (or standard parcels or courier for heavier items) for a low cost fixed price of £3.95 no matter how many items you order to addresses within mainland UK. However, if your order totals more than £55 not including delivery charge then we will not charge you any postage whatsoever for delivery to these areas. Express 24 Hour Courier Service UK Mainland - £9.99 (N. Ireland £12.99) If you would like to upgrade to courier service please email us on customerservice@bestbabyshower.co.uk first to get confirmation of availability. Special Delivery options are not available through the checkout - so if you require this service please email so that I can send you through a paypal money request for your order.(Please note - these options are not available on all items such as those dispatched direct from suppliers and will be clearly stated on such item descriptions). Should you want to upgrade to courier service, payment will be required even if your shopping basket total has exceeded £55. Free delivery for orders over £55 only applies to Standard Delivery. We do not deliver to any non-mainland UK destinations including The Channel Islands. For special deliveries to remote parts of Mainland Scotland please see below for delivery times by Royal Mail: Delivery by 5.30pm the next working day in the following postcode areas: Mainland All special deliveries and recorded items deliveries must be signed for so please provide a suitable delivery address. Please also note that bespoke items, nappy cakes and baby clothes bouquets are handmade to order by ourselves, which is what makes them so unique, and therefore please allow up to 7 days for dispatch of these items, although often they are able to be despatched much quicker than this. We hope you understand as we always want you to have the very best quality. If any items are going to take longer than 7 days we will always email you to let you know. We will advise you the expected despatch date upon purchase and of course you will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as these items have been sent. Should you wish to cancel your order after purchasing then you should email us at returns@bestbabyshower.co.uk as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched you will receive a refund of the full amount for the purchase and delivery charge back on the credit or debit card used for the purchase. If, however, your order has already been dispatched then you may still cancel your order but you will be liable for the delivery charge and any other charges imposed by the courier or postal service or incurred by BestBaby Ltd (trading under BestBabyShower.co.uk). Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any personalised or bespoke items. There are some items that come direct from suppliers which are subject to different returns policy and may not be returned unless faulty. In these cases it will be clearly stated on the product description. We love all our products and only sell the most gorgeous items that we would love to receive ourselves – however, if you change your mind or are unhappy for any reason with the products you have received you should email us at returns@bestbabyshower.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Never send back any products until you have received confirmation from ourselves that you should go ahead as some items are not held in stock and may need to be returned to a different address or may be subject to different returns policies if they come direct from suppliers. Delivery charges will not be included in any refund unless specifically agreed by us and cost of return postage of the items will always be the responsibility of the purchaser. Items to be returned should be in the same condition as when they were dispatched and should not have been used and be in a saleable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot consider any requests for refunds/returns after 7 days from date of delivery; for any personalised or bespoke items; any perishable items (such as fresh fruit bouquets); or any items that have been used or internal packaging tampered with in any way. Certain items that are despatched directly from suppliers are subject to different returns policies and may not be returned unless faulty.
