The nappy cake is constructed to look like a tiered wedding cake so that the nappies within are not seen.  The foam roses arranged around the middle layer give it a very authentic 'cake' feel.  The cake is finished with colour co-ordinating paper shreds as 'icing' and wrapped with contrasting spotty ribbon.  The cake is then placed on a reusable silver cake board and wrapped in clear spotty cellophane and finished with lots of curling ribbon and a large pull bow.
